Step into the spotlight at the 33rd Annual Fountain City Classic Parade.
The Fountain City Classic Host Committee invites you to join us on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 9:00 AM for the 33rd Annual Fountain City Classic Parade. Come be a part of this dynamic procession that commemorates community, education and heritage. Embrace the spirited vibe of the Classic Parade, commencing on Colin Powell Parkway in Phenix City, Alabama and culminating at the crossroads of 9th St. and Broadway in Columbus, Georgia. Prepare to be enthralled by the premiere bands, dance troops, and captivating performances. Leading this enthralling HBCU celebration will be the esteemed Fountain City Classic Grand Marshall, accompanied by the marching bands and Royal Courts of Albany State University and Fort Valley State University. With this celebration being televised, come rain or shine, it promises to be a captivating event! #ClassicMagic

Parade Registration
The Fountain City Classic Host Committee is working diligently to finalize plans for the 31st Annual Fountain City Classic. Please be informed that all registrations (Tailgating, Vending, Golf Classic and Parade) will go on sale on the Fountain City Classic website on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 12:00 pm.
Join us in the streets of downtown Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA on Saturday, November 6th at 9:00am as we kick off the 31st Annual Fountain City Classic Parade! Be prepared to be entertained by the best bands, dance teams and entertainment around! The Classic Parade will be led by the Fountain City Classic Grand Marshal and the Fort Valley State and Albany State dance teams, marching bands and Royal Courts. This is a rain-or-shine event.
